Rookie Training, is designed for athletes 7-11 years of age.  The program will focus on "Positive Strength Acquisition".  The programs focus is on muscular strength, flexibility, and structural alignment; but also the development of mental strength, work ethic and the understanding that every step counts on the way to success in everything we do in our lives. The foundation is built on a positive environment that student athletes can really start the acquire the strength, speed and agility they need to advance to the next level.

  • Creating a Positive and Effective Work Ethic

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT AND OUTCOMES:
