Junior Training, is designed for athletes 12-14 years old. it is the next step in the process of mastering what it takes to become an elite athlete. In the Junior Training program the focus leans towards " Structural Strength". We define Structural Strength as tuning the body to be able to take the next step to effectively train the body to be able to use external and/or free weights. As players prepare for high school and beyond this is a foundation of training they must have.
ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT AND OUTCOMES:
Junior Speed and Agility Winter Class: is a 12 week class designed for student athletes 12-14 years old that will meet 1x per week every Thursday 7pm-8pm starting October 24th. The focus of the class will be based on the idea of what it takes to become a elite athlete. The foundation of structural strength will be introduced to all individuals in addition to a heavy focus on Speed, Agility and Flexibility. In addition the components of mental motivation and toughness will also be introduced to emphasize self confidence and the belief of and understanding how to overcome difficult and challenging situations. When October 24- Jan 9. Cost $125.00 per student athlete ( 12 Sessions).
